After such period, we may retain certain Personal Information pertaining to you for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including without limitation, to conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce the Terms. If you do not have an account, we will retain your Personal Information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce the Terms, all as required or otherwise permitted under applicable law, whichever is shorter.
